I Had A Ultra Sound Of My Neck 5 Years

I had a ultra sound of my neck 5 years ago. Then again 3 1/2 years ago where they were watching some cell that were there, but very small. A doctor friend back then told me that they could become cancerous. I had another ultra sound down today and I think that they found something. What kind of growth are we talking a bout?
