I Had A Upper Respiratory Infection About 6 Days Ago

I had a upper respiratory infection about 6 days ago and doctor gave me a steroid shot and antibiotics and steroid pills for 4 day it cleared that up but for the last 2 days my sugar leaves is around 300 and up to 400 and my upper gum is really red and have sores on my tongue and inside of my lip is all sore
