I Had A Ureterscopy Performed In March Of This Year

I had a ureterscopy performed in March of this year after waiting 3 months for a 4mm kidney stone that wouldn't pass. Afterwards I was in horrible pain for several days as eachtime I urinated, tissue, clots and blood would pass. I could literally feel what seemed like a channel reopen on the inferior side of my urethra, from my bladder to the end of my penis. This would result in bleeding during and following each urination. I didn't have any stents left after surgery. This continued, while decreasing, for a week to ten days. It's been nearly 4 months, and I still get that sensation when ejaculating during intercourse about 1/2 of the time. I think the basket dragging the debris from the stone carved a nice incision the length of my urethra. It almost feels like if there's any delay in the release of my sperm due to pressure on the outside of my penis (vaginal wall)...or maybe the thickness of my sperm (if that's possible); what ever the reason, it feels like that injury stretches open again and it stings for several minutes. There is no bleeding. The other thing I notice, is after urination, I can't seem to push out the last few drops. It's hard to explain, but it feels like the same area - I can't make it contract. Are these complaints unique? After 4 months, have I healed as much as I am going to get? Is this diagnosible without getting scoped?
