I Had A Urethroscopy Done To Remove 3 Cm Stone

I had a urethroscopy done to remove 3 cm stone from vesicles uterine junction using laser. Stent was implanted. Flank pain was relieved immediately. 2 days later I am still passing blood in urine and I have painful micturition. When can I expect the blood to stop and when can I remove the stent.

I am taking ciproxin, flowmax, and phenazopyridine.
Can I take something to reduce chances of inflammation and odema in the ureter
