I Had A Urine Test To See How Much Marijuana

I had a urine test to see how much marijuana I am using. I am in recovery for alcohol abuse and have not drank in 2 years. (jan 3) I have been using marijuana. Is 275 nanogram very high? I am seeing a addiction therapist and we are discussing my use. thanks
