I Had A Vaginal Hysterectomy On Nov 23 And Was

I had a vaginal hysterectomy on Nov 23 and was told that all my sutures would be dissolved by now. There is one or two left that is reaking havoc on my sex life! I received the go ahead two weeks ago and my husband says it is like being poked with a needle. I need that stitch or two to be gone!! Anything I can do short of going into the Docs office and requesting it be removed??
