I Had A Vaginal Repair Seven Days Ago. I Am

I had a vaginal repair seven days ago. I am now having painful burning in one area. It seems to be chafed and raw from having sanitary pads rubbing against the area. Every time I go to the bathroom I spray warm water and pat dry. There seems to be one spot that looks like the skin has been scraped away from perhaps a surgical intstrmment. Any suggestion for relief?
