I Had A Vaginal Ultrasound To See What Was Causing

I had a vaginal ultrasound to see what was causing vaginal bleeding. (The color is light red) My doctor said all my tests came back normal. However, I continue to bleed when I have intercourse and sometimes after a long run. I'm not sure what to ask my doctors when they have already told me everything was OK. I am 54 years old and five years post menopause. Do you have any suggestions?
