I Had A Ventral Hernia Repaired.. A Few Years Down

I had a ventral hernia repaired.. a few years down the road I had neck surgery and a week later some veins coiled. After the past 2 my body began to break out terrible. I have been on so many medicines, standing in a phototherapy bed, biopsies, which they determined was within my body, allergy testing etc. It was recommended to remove the plate. We did just that and my body began to heal for a little while and now it is back. Could it be that now the coil or mesh is creating issues?
