I Had A Very Bad Headache Which Thought To Be

I had a very bad headache which thought to be a migraine, but, I became unresponsive, with barely a pulse, breathing only 10x a min, diabioticaly, i couldn't move or talk, but could hear everything around me and what people were saying, i was incontinent, then in a little while, I became normal, but still had that bad headache? I have had TIA before, but not sure if this was one or not.
