I Had A Very Bad Scary Migraine Yesterday 7/9/15 Around

I had a very bad scary migraine yesterday 7/9/15 around 9:30 am while at work. I was bending down to stick a patients leg graft for dialysis, when I lifted up I lost all of my Parifial vision. I continued to work after I made my boss aware. About 20 minutes later my hands started to look dysfunctional. I had no pain at this time. But i started to feel panicked. About 20 minutes later I started to get confused. I couldn't say what I wanted to say it all came out jumbled. I could not comprehend anything my co workers were saying. I could not function. And my whole right side of my body went numb and the right side of my face was drooping. At this time I was feeling the massive pain in my head. And I was sent home from work. On my way home I got lost. I finally after about 30 to 45 minutes managed to get to my house that is 5 minutes and 3 turns down the road from my work. I went to sleep and slept on and off for 5 hours. But woke up with a torturous headache. That has lasted till about 2 this afternoon. 7/10/15. The previous neurologist I went to told me my problems were all in my head and prescribed me topamax. It does absolutely nothing for me. Do you have any clue as to what would cause these headaches or if it's really a migraine at all or if it's worse?? Please help! A very scared me!
