I Had A Virus About 3-3 1/2 Weeks Ago And

I had a virus about 3-3 1/2 weeks ago and now for last week my throat has been sore and my voice is half gone. My throat always feels dry from breathing and when I swallow with the dryness it's like a burning, painful feel in my throat. Went to dr 2xs and they don't seen redness or swelling and swab was negative for strep and flu. What now? Should I see an ENT Dr?
