I Had A Wasp Sting About 24 Hr Ago And

I had a wasp sting about 24 hr ago and my hand has swollen severely, very itchy. I refilled a prescription for cephalexin which was prescribed for a previous wasp sting, same reaction. Can I take Benadryl with the Cephalexin or do you have a better suggestion or recommended dosage of either.
