I Had A Weird Dry Itchy Feeling On My Top

I had a weird dry itchy feeling on my top lip , a day later some clear bombs formed & my lip was swollen like I was stung by a bee , now today it look like two scabs of a brush burn still swollen like a bee sting . Any ideas of what this may be ? The only thing I've used on it was blistex & peroxide to clean it
