I Had A Work Place Accident Last Week, I'm An

I had a work place accident last week, I'm an under the table construction working and don't have insurance. Anyway I'm pretty sure I may have fractured or broke a rib or 2. It hurts to breath, sneeze, or cough. Is there anything I can do at home? Also do they give pain meds for this or just tell you to man up?
