I Had A Yeast Infection, Andt My Whole Area Down

I had a yeast infection, andt my whole area down there was swollen and very tender, it was very uncomfortable to walk or sit with my legs closed. I stopped using any soap and washed with just warm water, the swelling is almost gone but now it is red and sore to the touch and peeling. what else can I do to help ease my discomfort.
