I Had Accupunture A Couple Days Ago With An Electric

I had accupunture a couple days ago with an electric current attached. the accupunturist put a needle in my inside elbow and now I have a shooting pain from my elbow into my forearm when I straighten my arm or go to reach for something. Also when I touch my inside elbow it feels like an electric current is going through my forearm. It also feels like my skin is being pulled off my bone when I stretch my arm. I'm scared he damaged my nerve? what do you think?
