I Had Acrylic Fake Nails And One Hurt So Bad

I had acrylic fake nails and one hurt so bad for a week i had to take it off. My real nail was broken at the tip horizontally and oozing pus and then blood. I soaked my finger tip in hydrogen peroxide and now it just has a circle red blood underneath. Should i use my exacto blade and poke it or should i go to the ER
