I Had Acute Necrotizing Pancreatitis And Recently Had My Drain

I had acute necrotizing pancreatitis and recently had my drain removed. I am now faced with weening off oxicodone after taking it for five months 24hours a day. I've gone from 10mg every 4hours to 5mg every 4 1/2 to 5 hours but feel a lot of anxiety when I'm due for more meds. I hate the feeling and just want to be done with them. What do I do next?
