I Had All 4 Wisdom Removed On Friday...still In A

I had all 4 wisdom removed on Friday...still in a lot of pain but now I'm losing feeling in my right side from my neck to my arm.. Very uncomfortable numbness almost impossible to funtion I have been on hydrocodone 5m acetaminophen325 twice a day for the last 5 days. Should i seek medical care or wait it out?
