I Had All Four Of My Wisdom Teeth Extracted 5

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted 5 days ago. I have yellow stuff where the incision was made. My swelling had went down but I still have some swelling. I get sharp pain through my jaw but it's not constant and I haven't had any pain medicine all day today. I'm just curious if I have an infection.
