I Had All Four Of My Wisdom Teeth Surgically Removed

I had all four of my wisdom teeth surgically removed 5 days ago and I have massive pain in my lower left jaw extending down my neck, collar bone, and left arm. I'm on antibiotics and the surgeon said the surgery went perfectly. I'm taking pain medications and they are not helping the pain below my jaw line. Could you please tell me what's going on here?
