I Had All Four Of My Wisdom Teeth Taken Out

I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out this thursday, my face is still swollen but today i was able to open ,y mouth a bit more. As i was eating a soft food item i realized there was this stringy feeling thing hanging down from or near my upper right extraction/gum. Im not sure if this is a dry socket or just dead tissue,etc;
I started to open my mouth and excercise my jaw alot today, and stuck to my soft food diet, ive rinsed my mouth and drank lots of fluids what coupd this be ? Ive stuck to the manual and followed all the rules
