I Had All On Four Implants Done On Nov 2nd.

I had all on four implants done on Nov 2nd. Limited pain until today and the lower jaw is so painful I have had to take pain meds that control the pain and I use ice. Should I be concerned that the pain is worse instead of better? Or am I being inpatient with expecting less recovery time for discomfort. Most of the post I have read shows most have had little pain . I am 71 yrs old and have always had a high threshold for pain.
