I Had An ACL Reconstruction Surgery About 5 Months Ago.

I had an ACL reconstruction surgery about 5 months ago. I have recently returned to some sport activities and I do not compete. One day i was running and then I changed direction. I felt like my knee was almost displaced (although it didn't, it felt like something held it back). After that I felt a bit painful (not much pain) and my knee was kind of swollen, it started to alleviate after about 4 days. I just wonder if my ACL was torn again or not. Are there any signs of the graft is torn again.
