I Had An CT Scan And Found That The Tube

I had an CT scan and found that the tube from my kidney to my bladder is distended, I don't see a Urologist until the end of January. What would they do to fix this problem? I have back pain near my kidney and recently it seems my other kidney is sore and sometimes painful.
