I Had An IUD (skyla) Put In About 6 Months

I had an IUD (skyla) put in about 6 months ago and have not had any issues until now. I don't get periods but have some occasional spotting usually. Lately I've had some cramping/dull aching and pain during sex combined with spotting that's been off and on. I also noticed feeling a small lump near my cervical opening for the first time about a month ago. I'm wondering if I have PID or something?
