I Had An L5-S1 HNP Repair (left Side ) In

I had an L5-S1 HNP repair (left side ) in 1992. I have an MRI showing either hemangioma or lipoma at L-5 S1 (right side). I have radiculopathy and numbness, neuropathy and pain of right foot. Epidurals, rest, phys therapy and meds are not effective. Is this an operable condition and is the surgery fairly straightforward or is this a highly complex procedure with generally poor results?
