I Had An LP This Afternoon And I Was Experiencing

I had an LP this afternoon and I was experiencing some mild stomach cramps even prior to the procedure. On the way home I developed severe diarrhea and it had barely let up since. Bad cramps still, and I going about every hour or a little less. Mostly liquid, some mucus with bloody dishcharge in it. Should I be worried, or is it likely the diarrhea had a head start and is not relatd to the LP. I know I need to keep fluids in bit even a couple sips of water starts some big cramps and gurgling and an imminent run to the loo.
