I Had An MRI Done A Couple Weeks Ago And

I had an MRI done a couple weeks ago and it came back abnormal I am waiting to see a neurologist but the tingling in random parts of my body has continued and last night and tonight the top of my head feels cold to me and numb and it last for more than 2 hours. There was also swelling on the scan and white matter on mybrain which is why the dr referred me to a neurologist. the cold and tingling in my head is freaking me out and I'm not sure if I should go to the er or not.
