I Had An MRI Done And It Came Back Showing

I had an MRI done and it came back showing a mass of white spots on my right side of my brain. I get extreme headaches on the same side along witth deafness to my right ear. I also get dizzy. Is this related to the mass of white spots?

I had my spinal tap done on Tuesday. Also with the headaches, I become very confused and the spot where the region of the mass is becomes tingly and throbs.
