I Had An MRI Done Last Weekend And Had Been

I had an MRI done last weekend And had been sent the results via MYCHART that through Blue Cross Blue Shield. According to the my chart it states that I have a slight bulge it also states there is a 1.5 cm x .9 cm extruded disk fragment within the right lateral recess at this level producing severe stenosis. Mild generalized annular bulge at L5 S1 as well . There are also small hemangiomas within the L1, L2, L4 and L5 vertebral bodies as well as in the S2. I am being referred back to my surgeon who previously did a discectomy on my L5 S1, however I am not able to hear from him until the end of August. Can you tell me in layman's terms what all of this means?
