I Had An MRI On My Brain To Confirm I

I had an MRI on my brain to confirm I did not have a tumor related to enlarged optic nerves. The MRI on my brain came back normal, however it said the following on the report; "There is decreased signal seen involving the visualized portions of the vertebral bodies of the cervical spine on the sagittal T1-weighted sequence. This finding could be secondary to anemia though the possibility of marrow infiltrative process cannot be entirely excluded. Clinical correlation is recommended." Please explain to me what this means? Thank you!!!
