I Had An MRI To See If I Have MS

I had an MRI to see if I have MS , the results came back , radiologist stated MS unlikely but found a very small abnormal finding , most likely an artifact and referring me to neurologist...should I be worried?? It's really stressing me out having to wait to get in to have the neurologist read the results and possibly have to have anothe scan which is nerve wrecking
