I Had An MRI With Contrast (gadolinium) On April 13th

I had an MRI with contrast (gadolinium) on April 13th for stage II breast cancer. I've never had that before. Late yesterday afternoon, I started having numbness and sharp pain when I move my left arm a certain way. The area pf pain is about two inches above the location where the IV was inserted. The vein also is more pronounced in the area, and it seems the pain is from or near the vein. I'm concerned about how serious this is. Will it go away, or is there potential health danger. Being Saturday, I'd prefer not to go to ER, but consult my doctor on Monday, if this can wail.
