I Had An MTP (by Inserting Tablet) Of A 4

I had an MTP (by inserting tablet) of a 4 week pregnancy in 1st week of feb , I had heavy bleeding and then it stopped after 15 days in March mid I started to get bleeding again and after a week it reduced to slight discharge of brown colour and this had continued for more than 20 days.What should I do.
