I Had An Ultrasound Last July 2015, For RUQ Pain

I had an Ultrasound last July 2015, for RUQ pain which showed a 4mm polyp on my gallbladder but no stones or sludge. Everything was normal except I also had a small lipoma on my right abdo which has now tripled in size. My spleen was 7.8 cms. Now I have had a CT Abdo which showed no polyp but my spleen is a calcified structure or asplenia with small numbers of Howell Jones bodies. The CT also showed mild reactive lymph node enlargement of lesser curvature of stomach. Last week I had an Endoscopy(Normal) and am waiting for a Colonoscopy. I still have pain in my RUQ and why has my spleen calcified.
