I Had An Upper Respitory Infection Followed By A Virus

I had an Upper Respitory Infection followed by a virus with vomiting for 24 hours about 6 weeks ago. I am 63 years old, have recently moved to Florida from New Jersey and truly have rarely been sick! When I got this URI, I went to a clinic and got a subscription for antibiotics which I took for 10 days. I have not felt right since then. Very tired and I have this peculiar aftertaste..a little like vomit. I am in the process of finally moving, so I know it's a stressful time. Should I be concerned?
