I Had An Abcess Removed About A Month Ago By

I had an abcess removed about a month ago by a doctor. It came back recently and after using tumeric and a drawing salve i have not had problems with it, however i now have a burning irritation when i urinate. I know for a fact it is not an std but have nor been tothw hospital to check on what it could be yet. Could the abcesses infection still be in my body ( i did not take any antibiotics after the "surgery" )causing this pain ? Should i continue taking the tumeric capsules ?
