I Had An Abd Radical Hyst Done 6 Years Ago

I had an abd radical hyst done 6 years ago for cervical cancer. I was left with an abd incision that felt like there was a "shelf" in my lower abd. Last week I had an anterior lumbar fusion; now my abd does NOTfeel the same. They went in thru the hyster scar, but everything feels "bunched up" in the center of my abd. My "shelf "is gone It is very asymetrical and weird. I don't see the surgeon till next week. Did they put things back in the wrong places? I am a nurse, but I work Peds ICU, and ECMO
