I Had An Abdominal CT Scan With Dye Contrast.... At

I had an abdominal CT scan with dye contrast.... at the time I thought it was an ectopic pregnancy. I took a pregnancy test at the ER which was negative. A week later I took a pregnancy test also negative. However,I took a test the week after (week 3) and the test was positive. I'm worried the embryo may have been exposed to radiation while traveling for implantation.... based on when I thought I ovulated. Should I be worried of malformations? Cancer? Because of timing I could have been a few days pregnant, up to a week... or it not even implanted.
