I Had An Abdominoplasty Done Recently. The Next Day I

I had an abdominoplasty done recently. The next day I felt a bit of a tingling on an area not even close to the incision. It was a small bump which I pressed on. A bit of yellowish fluid came out. The skin has since become tender and itchy, but not spreading. Can you tell me what this could be? Is it an infection?
