I Had An Abnormal Pap Smear W Atypical Cellscells HPV

I had an abnormal pap smear w atypical cellscells HPV positive in Nov 2014. I had a colposcopy and ECC both normal (I was 29 years old). In April 2015 I had a repeat pap and results were abnormal Lsil HPV positive. I had another colposcopy and ECC both normal (now 30 years old)and doctor said everything looked great. Just last week I had another repeat pap smear results still lsil HPV positive. I have another colpoacopy scheduled for Thursday doctor said if ECC is abnormal then LEEP will be done. I am totally panicked and not sure how panicked I should be. How likely is it that LEEP will need to be done? And is there more to worry about because I've had 2 lsil results in 6 months? Or been HPV positive for 11months?
