I Had An Abortion 6 Weeks Ago, And Went Into

I had an abortion 6 weeks ago, and went into the doctors for a uti.... I tested positive for pregnancy, had ultrasound done, saw nothing.... my HCG "level was 1310 mIU/ml and 3 days later it dropped to 830 mIU/ml.. is this a new pregnancy or are those levels normal after having an surgical abortion?
