I Had An Abortion Friday 2/12/16. I Started Having Kidney

I had an abortion Friday 2/12/16. I started having kidney infection style symptoms Sunday 2/14/16 and all the next day. Monday I woke up and felt like I was in full blown labor. Went to the hospital and they found a small piece of conception left in the uterus. They gave me coytotec on 2/16/16. I am wondering how much longer will I feel the pain and when will it all pass?
