I Had An Abortion About 3.5 Months Ago. My Left

I had an abortion about 3.5 months ago. My left nipple is itchy and it makes me nervous. I decided to squeeze my left breast a little just to see if there was any liquid. Only a little dot of liquid came out (just enough to see a shine), I tried the other breast and had the same results. Is there a problem? I really don't want to go to the doctor.
