I Had An Abortion About A Year Ago. Sex Is

I had an abortion about a year ago. Sex is very painful now. It feels as if there's something stopping the penis from going in. It hurts and burns after. I've been with the same partner and it was fine before the abortion. I've been checked for STDs and don't have any. Also right before intercourse we foreplayed and had oral and I orgasmed so I was lubricated. How can I get sex to feel good again?
