I Had An Abortion At Fifteen Weeks. A Week Later

I had an abortion at fifteen weeks. A week later I got a call saying I had chlamydia. I got treated for that and its been a few weeks. All together since the abortion its been three weeks. Im still bleeding just as much as when I had the abortion. It still burns when I pee and on top of that all I have genital herpes as well so I was thinking stress caused an outbreak but recently it looks like I have hpv too. Would there be a chance even after being treated for chlamidya I still have it? Or is it just an awful combination of sti's or std's that have lead up to this terrible pain in my abdomen and vagina. Only discharge is dark red blood.. no open sores but what looks like warts will they spread if I wear a pad? Ive only been with one person in the last five years he never had chlamydia hpv or herpes appearantly.. obviously Im not stupid hes a liar. But can you get chlamydia herpes and hpv from anything other than unprotected sex?
