I Had An Abortion Last Year July, And Since December

                                                            I had an abortion last year July, and since December last year till date, I have been trying to conceive but nothing, could it be that I have become in fertile? And secondly I have been having itching in my private parts a lot of discharge but when I visit a hospital and get be scanned they tell me its a PID infection and ovarian cyst,and I have treated several times but no change, could it be the reason am not conceiving and if so what treatment can I take
