I Had An Abortion With No Any Complications I Am

I had an abortion with no any complications i am unmarried Indian
I have pain and burning sensation in stomach due to infection from one month . I had not done ultrasound after abortion because my doc said I am fine. now I want to do ultrasound becoz of gastric problem but I afraid if radiologist came to know the problem related to uterus . as abortion is not legal here . I also losted contact of my doctor who helped me out. abortion was done by dilatation and evacuation method. please answer me as soon as possible
